The meeting will begin with a casual dinner on Tuesday, Janaury 30 (jeans are acceptable attire). You are requested to arrive to the hotel by 3pm unless your manager tells you otherwise. The meeting will end on Friday, February 2 at 2pm. Transfers to the airport will begin at 230pm. You should plan to depart from Orlando Airport no earlier than 4pm.
