Please register and book your flights and activities as soon as possible.

Due to necessary planning for travel times, geographies, and certain Thursday morning meetings, the following groups will need to arrive on Wednesday, April 17.

Wednesday arrivals include:

1. Those traveling from Europe/the UK, California, Chicago, and Houston

2. The Executive Committee

3. Office Managing Partners

All others should plan to arrive on Thursday, April 18, to join for lunch that will be available from Noon – 2:00 p.m. Travel time from the airport is approx. 60 minutes.

Department Groups and Operating Committees will meet on Thursday, after lunch.

There is no formal program on Sunday, April 21 – feel free to book your return flight on Sunday, as you wish.

Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory and U.S. attendees only need a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport). Attendees from Europe and the UK require a valid passport.  Your passport must be valid until October 31, 2024.
