EU/UK attendees are asked to arrive no later than the evening of Wednesday, April 6th.  US attendees are asked to arrive at the hotel no later than 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm  on Thursday, April 7th but may arrive on Wednesday, April 6th to accommodate business needs.  Any nights outside these dates will be the individual's responsibility.

 

All partners should plan to depart the hotel no earlier than Sunday, April 10th.
