IMPORTANT: Membership renewal payments for 2024 (and any previous years) must be received before attending the Annual Meeting. The 2024 invoices will be going out shortly and will be due 30 days from receipt, and by March 30 at the latest.
The Professional Sessions will take place at the Fairmont Mayakoba. You may choose to stay at either the Fairmont or the Rosewood. The Rosewood is within the same hotel complex as the Fairmont and shuttle service is available.
Please note: You are welcome to bring additional guests/accompanying persons to join you on the trip however, they may not attend the Professional Sessions and each Academician is permitted to bring only 1 (one) guest/accompanying person to the Welcome and Farewell Dinners. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
